Your out of pocket fees when you have a Mental Health Care Plan are around $150.00 per 50min session. Sessions take place either face to face or Telehealth.

A full paying private fee is $250 per 50min session

You do not need a referral to book an appointment. However, the $150 session fee is achieved by obtaining a Mental Health Care Plan through your local GP resulting in a Medicare rebate of $98.95 per session for up to 10 sessions every 12 months. Other services such as DVA, Self Managed NDIS and WorkCover in some states are also welcomed.

CANCELLATION

We know life happens when you least expect it, so we balance our needs as a practice and your need to reschedule as best as possible. A full 48 hours notice allows us to offer someone else the opportunity for therapy and continue to keep our fees low. You may call the contact number any time, as the phone will be monitored and the 48 hours notice will be taken into account from the time of the call. As an alternative, we may be able to organise a Telehealth appointment depending on the type of therapy being conducted.

Please note, where less than 48 hours’ notice is given for a cancellation/reschedule, or where you do not attend a scheduled appointment, a $150 fee will be collected on the day of the scheduled appointment via stored credit card details.
